On most of their rooms there isn any adjustment for the floor and if it is dragging it is due to a roller or rollers failing. This is hard for you to see and I suspect it will need to me looked at by a dealer who is familiar with the Power Gear rooms. But,hogan online, look in there and get back to with which version you have and perhaps I can give you some additional things to check. When I went to a FMA rally at Lazydays I had Fleetwood come over and take a look at it. He made an adjustment and it seemed like it was better until he left and it was back to the way it was. Over a period of time the slide marks kept getting larger and digging in more. So I attemped to do some adjustments on the slide but no matter what adjustments I made the slide would mark the floor when it comes in on the last 2 or 3 inches. Ever since the marks occured I wanted to change the flooring in the gally area. The gally area flooring build up is approx 1/2" above the sub flooring in the carpet area. I wanted to install 3/8" oak tongue groove so I removed the 1/2" flooring in the gally area. I am suspecting that there are rollers located inside the rail that I can not see with out removing the whole slide out out of the unit. Obviously I hope they are not worn. With the slide out some of the rollers can be turned by hand. (the ones that I can see)Just a question: Would it be wise to replace the rollers that are accessable (8 Rollers) first to see if that solves the problem before replacing the inner rail rollers (if there are any)???I found a Power Gear number on the rail itself (521053) but could not find that number in the parts list. I saw mechanical schematics that maybe looked like mine but had a different part number. Really sounds like the Expert knows what he is talking about.
