We did: <br /> (NOTE: For this exercise,<a href="http://www.brandskor.se/" target="_blank" class="postlink">Air Max</a>, we were very flexible with players who have dual-citizenship. Each team is made up of three starters and one bench player. In most instances, we tried to make each team balanced at each position.
