SAN DIEGO— wide receiver Malcom Floyd has been carted off the field with an apparent right knee injury,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
Floyd was hurt toward the end of Monday's practice,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], six days after the Chargers' other starting wideout,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Danario Alexander, was lost for the season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.

Rookie coach Mike McCoy says Floyd is scheduled to have an MRI exam.

He says he "stepped a little wrong" in Thursday night's exhibition game against Seattle.
